    密封油內滲導致的轉子匝間絕緣劣化診斷

        摘 要:密封油內滲導致轉子匝間絕緣劣化,是轉子匝間短路故障的主要原因之一。某臺 1 050 MW 汽輪發電機在運行狀態和極間電壓試驗均無異常的情況下,通過分析重復脈沖試驗結果,判斷轉子繞組已存在由密封油內滲導致的轉子匝間絕緣劣化問題;拔出轉子護環,發現轉子端部繞組區域存在大量密封油內滲現象,同時轉子匝間絕緣未發生金屬性短路;對匝間絕緣劣化的機理進行了闡述并給出了檢修策略,以避免類似問題的再次發生。

        Abstract: The sealing oil internal leakage leads to the degradation of generator rotor inter-turn insulation, which is one of the main reasons for rotor inter-turn short circuit faults. In this paper, a 1 050 MW steam turbine generator is taken as an example, and there is no abnormality in its operating state and interpolar voltage test, it was judged that the rotor winding had multi-point inter-turn insulation deterioration caused by sealing oil infiltration by analyzing the results of repeated pulse tests. When the rotor retainer ring was pulled out, it found that there was a large amount of sealing oil infiltration in the winding area at the end of the rotor, and there was no metallic short circuit in the insulation between the rotor turns; the mechanism of inter turn insulation degradation was explained and maintenance strategies were provided to avoid similar problems from happening again.
