    高壓電纜在電壓極性反轉過程中的空間電荷行為研究

        摘 要:為探明同軸結構交聯聚乙烯(XLPE)電纜絕緣在外施電壓極性反轉過程中的空間電荷注入、遷移、抽出等動態演變規律,分析外施電壓極性反轉過程中空間電荷導致的反轉“滯后效應”,并探究溫度梯度協同作用的影響規律,對 XLPE 電纜進行了不同電場強度、溫度梯度場下,外施電壓快速極性反轉過程中的空間電荷研究,并基于異極性電荷注入、遷移理論,對極性反轉過程中電纜絕緣空間電荷的演變規律進行分析。研究結果表明:XLPE 電纜在外施電壓快速反轉過程中,由于電纜絕緣內部殘余電荷的影響,電纜兩側電極電荷峰表現出不平衡的反轉特性,導致電纜外半導電層電極的電荷峰出現了明顯的反轉“滯后效應”。

    Study on the Space Charge Behavior of High-Voltage Cables
    During Voltage Polarity Reversal

        Abstract: In order to find out the dynamic evolution rules of space charge injection, migration and extraction in the process of polarization reversal of coaxial structure cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable insulation under applied voltage, this paper analyzes the“hysteresis effect”of the inversion of space charge caused by the polarity reversal of the applied voltage, and explores the influence law of temperature gradient synergism. The space charge of XLPE cable in the process of rapid polarity reversal of applied voltage under different electric field strengths and temperature gradient fields was studied, and based on the theory of heteropolar charge injection and migration, the evolution law of cable insulation space charge in the process of polarity reversal is analyzed. The results show that during the XLPE cable rapid reversal of applied voltage process, the charge peaks of the electrodes on both sides of the cable show an unbalanced reversal characteristic due to the influence of the residual charge inside the cable insulation, which leads to the obvious reversal“hysteresis effect”of the charge peaks of the semi-conductive layer electrodes outside the cable.
