    GIS超聲波局部放電檢測方法與現場應用

        摘 要:對氣體絕緣全封閉組合電器(GIS) 進行帶電檢測,可盡早發現各種缺陷,減少GIS 發生故障的概率。使用超聲波檢測法對某330 kV 變電站GIS 進行檢測,發現110 kV Ⅱ母與11392 刀閘相連的母線氣室存在異常信號,信號相對背景差異較大,同時具有50 Hz 相關性且波形較陡,疑似尖端放電缺陷。通過幅值定位、頻域定位和時差定位法對放電源進行正確定位,根據信號強度判斷出該缺陷屬于嚴重缺陷。應用效果表明,超聲波法在變電站GIS 局部放電帶電檢測中效果良好,普測能以較高靈敏度發現缺陷,復測能以較高準確度定位缺陷。

    Ultrasonic Detection Method for Gas Insulated Switchgear Partial Discharge and Its Field Application

        Abstract: To conduct live detection for the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) could make various defects found as early as possible, so as to reduce the probability of GIS failure. The ultrasonic method was used to conduct detection for the GIS in certain 330 kV substation to find the existing abnormal signals between 11 0 kV busbarⅡand disconnector 11 392 busbar air chamber. The signal was greatly different from the background signal with 50 Hz dependency and sharp pulse. The defect was suspected as point discharge. The discharge source was located by amplitude method, frequency domain method and time difference method. The defect level was decided by the amplitude. The ultrasonic detection method has good filed application effect in the live detection for the GIS of power transformer station and it can find out the defects with high sensitivity in the normal detection and locate the defects with high accuracy in the retest.
