        摘 要:針對(duì)某站10 kV 線路低頻減載發(fā)生誤動(dòng)作情況,通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)作報(bào)告、錄波、測(cè)頻、保護(hù)邏輯進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為誤動(dòng)作是由于PT 飽和產(chǎn)生分頻分量及保護(hù)邏輯設(shè)計(jì)不合理造成的。提出針對(duì)性的邏輯優(yōu)化方案,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題驗(yàn)證,解決了誤動(dòng)問(wèn)題,并列舉常見(jiàn)低頻減載誤動(dòng)作情況及防誤措施,避免再次發(fā)生低頻減載誤動(dòng)作。

        Abstract: In allusion to the misoperation situation happening in certain station of 10 kV line low frequency load shedding, this paper analyzed the action report, the wave recording, the frequency measurement and the protection logic to find that the malfunction was caused by the fractional frequency component produced by PT saturation and the unreasonable design of protection logic. This paper proposed the specific logic-optimized scheme, solved the problem of the misoperation by the site problem verification and enumerated the common low frequency load shedding misoperation situation and anti-misoperation measures to avoid the low frequency load shedding misoperation occurring again.
