沿海配網(wǎng)新建線路中架空線和電纜間選擇的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析

摘 要:為兼顧線路初期投資和后期運(yùn)行成本,從全生命周期成本(LCC) 角度出發(fā),對沿海新建配網(wǎng)線路中架空線和電纜間的選擇進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析。構(gòu)建了架空線和電纜的LCC模型,選取某10 kV 配網(wǎng)新建線路為案例,對架空線和電纜的LCC 進(jìn)行計算和比較,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)在同等載流量條件下,架空線和電纜間的選擇不能根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)的僅比較初始投資的方法,而應(yīng)更關(guān)注電纜在電能損耗成本上相對架空線的優(yōu)勢,架空線或電纜間的選擇也應(yīng)視擬建線路所處風(fēng)區(qū)、成本電價和社會折現(xiàn)率等多因素而定,為沿海配網(wǎng)新建線路中架空線和電纜間的選擇提供了理論依據(jù)。

Economic Analysis of Choice Between Overhead Line and Cable in Coastal New Distribution Network Line

Abstract: In order to take into account the initial investment and the late running cost, this paper made an economic analysis of the choice between the overhead line and the cable in the new distribution network line from the perspective of life cycle cost (LCC). This paper established the LCC models of overhead line and cable, and chose the case of a new 10 kV distribution network line to carry out calculation and comparison for LCC of overhead line and cable. The results show that under the condition of same ampacity, the choice between the overhead line and the cable should not be based on the traditional method of comparing only the initial investment, but rather pay more attention to the advantages of the overhead line in the cost of electric energy loss compared to the cable, and the final choice can’t be generalized and many factors should be considered instead, such as the wind area where the proposed line is located, the cost of electricity and the social discount rate, which provides a theoretical basis for the choice between the overhead line and the cable in coastal new distribution network line.
