    摘 要:對(duì)倒置式電流互感器運(yùn)行中常見(jiàn)的金屬膨脹器噴油或爆炸現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了分析,指出了產(chǎn)品存在設(shè)計(jì)不合理、生產(chǎn)工藝不達(dá)標(biāo)及出廠試驗(yàn)把關(guān)不嚴(yán)等問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)該問(wèn)題提出嚴(yán)格控制工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高出廠試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等整改措施,提高了該類型倒置式電流互感器產(chǎn)品的出廠質(zhì)量,排除了該類型倒置式電流互感器運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生的安全隱患。

        Abstract: Analysis was made to the common metal expander oil injection or explosion phenomenon in the operation of inverted current transformer. There were several problems such as unreasonable product design, substandard manufacturing technique and undetected predelivery test. In allusion to these problems, this paper proposed the strict control technological standard to improve the predelivery test standard etc countermeasures, which improves the outgoing quality of this type of inverted current transformer product and eliminates the potential safety hazard when the inverted current transformer running.
