    一起換流站主時鐘系統(tǒng)時間異常影響分析

        摘 要:針對一起換流站GPS 時間同步系統(tǒng)主時鐘異常告警事件,基于GPS 對時原理,現(xiàn)場利用整套備件重新搭建臨時試驗系統(tǒng),分析了主時鐘故障原因及其導(dǎo)致直流雙極閉鎖的風(fēng)險,通過邏輯梳理及仿真試驗,研究了兩站直流控制保護系統(tǒng)對時異常及各套直流控制保護系統(tǒng)對時異常對直流系統(tǒng)的影響,并提出相應(yīng)措施,確保變電站安全運行。

    Time Abnormal Impact Analysis of a Case of Master Clock System in Convertor Station

        Abstract: In allusion to an abnormal master clock alarm event of global position system (GPS) time synchronization in the convertor station, based on the GPS timing principle, the interim trial system was constructed again with a complete set of replacement part on site. This paper analyzed the reason of the master clock fault and its generating risk of direct current (DC) bipolar block. Via logic analysis and simulation, this paper researched on the timing abnormity of two-station DC control and protection system and its impact on the DC system, and proposed the corresponding measures to guarantee the safe operation of transformer substation.
