1 036 MW機(jī)組高備變零序電壓U0偏高的分析及處理

摘 要:高備變是保證電廠發(fā)電機(jī)組安全運行的基礎(chǔ)。針對華能海門電廠110 kV高備變在正常運行中零序電壓異常升高情況,分析了其對系統(tǒng)的影響,討論了引發(fā)異常的可能原因,經(jīng)多方面論證并針對性排查,確定原因為高備變中性點引出線與接地電阻間腐蝕產(chǎn)生氧化鋁致使中性點接地破壞所造成的,通過采取相應(yīng)的處理及防范措施,保證了高備變恢復(fù)正常運行。

Abstract: The high-voltage standby transformer is the basis to ensure the safe operation of generator sets in power plant. Aiming at the abnormal rise of zero sequence voltage during the normal operation of 110 kV high-voltage standby transformer in Huaneng Haimen power plant, this paper analyzed the influence on the system and discussed the possible, abnormal causes. After the demonstration and targeted investigation, it is found that the aluminium oxide formed because of the corrosion between the high-voltage standby transformer neutral point lead wire and the grounding resistance. The corresponding treatment and precautionary measures are adopted to ensure the high-voltage standby transformer get right operation.
