    高壓斷路器驅(qū)動(dòng)凸輪分析研究

        摘 要:對(duì)斷路器合閘過(guò)程中凸輪滾子進(jìn)行了受力分析,得出了凸輪壓力角α及超程與凸輪轉(zhuǎn)角β之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系式,進(jìn)而將滾子所受的力表示成β 的函數(shù)。用MATLAB軟件繪制出力與β 的函數(shù)關(guān)系圖,并用ADAMS對(duì)符合實(shí)際情況的凸輪模型進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,理論計(jì)算和仿真分析所得結(jié)果基本一致。該分析結(jié)果可用于凸輪受力分析及其相關(guān)零部件的設(shè)計(jì)、強(qiáng)度校核,同時(shí)也為斷路器機(jī)構(gòu)的彈簧力輸出特性與斷路器的負(fù)載特性之間的匹配提供理論依據(jù)。

    Analysis and Study of Drive Cam of High-Voltage Circuit Breaker

        Abstract: Force analysis was made to the cam and roller in the process of circuit breaker closing to obtain the cam pressure angle α and the function relationship between the overrun and the cam angle β, so as to make the force received from the roller express as a function of cam angle β. MATLAB was used to draw the function relationship diagram between the force and cam angle β, and ADAMS was used to carry out the dynamics simulation for the cam model that conformed to the actual situation. The theoretical calculation was close to the result of the simulated analysis. This result could be used in analyzing the cam bearing, the design of related parts and the intensity check, which provides a theoretical basis for matching the spring force output characteristics of circuit breaker mechanism and the load characteristics of circuit breaker.
