開放式空心試驗電抗器的設(shè)計研究

摘 要:電抗器在低電壓穿越測試裝置中起到阻抗分壓作用,對一種開放式空心電抗器的設(shè)計方法進行研究。介紹了該電抗器的電感計算、絕緣設(shè)計和溫升計算,基于VB軟件編制了電感計算程序,使用Maxwell軟件對電感和損耗進行了仿真驗證。實測結(jié)果表明,樣機電感偏差小,順利通過絕緣試驗,溫升略高于設(shè)計值,能滿足工程需求。

Design Research on Open-Type Air-Core Test Reactor

Abstract: The reactor plays the impedance and partial pressure part in low voltage ride through test device. This paper carried out research on the design method for a kind of open-type air-core test reactor. Introduction was made to its inductance calculation, insulation design and calculation of temperature rise. This paper compiled the software of inductance calculation based on VB and carried out simulation verification for the inductance and coil loss by Maxwell. The actual measurement result shows that the prototype has a little bias inductance, sweeping through insulation test with a little higher temperature rise than the designed value, which meets the engineering requirement of the project.
