    海上風電匯集站無功裝置配置方案及其性能研究

        摘 要:以江蘇如東220 kV蓬樹海上風電匯集站為例,研究了海上風電匯集站無功裝置的配置方案及其性能特點。按照無功平衡原則,分析了海上風電匯集站無功補償容量計算方法及其配置方案。利用電力系統分析軟件PSD-V2009,研究了風電出力變化對電網電壓的影響及系統發生短路故障時發生風電場脫網的可能性。仿真結果表明:在風電出力變化時,采用電容器補償,電網電壓發生階躍性變化,匯集站低壓母線電壓越上限;采用SVG補償,電網電壓在國標允許值范圍內平滑變化。在系統故障時,采用電容器補償存在風電場脫網的可能,而采用SVG補償可有效避免風電廠脫網的現象。

    Study on Configuration Scheme and Performance of Reactive Power Compensation Device for
    Offshore Wind Power Gathering Station

        Abstract: Taking the 220 kV Pengshu offshore wind power gathering station (OWPGS) in Jiangsu Rudong for example, this paper studied the configuration scheme and performance characteristics of the reactive power compensation device for OWPGS. According to the principle of reactive power balance, analysis was made to the calculation method of reactive power compensation capacity and configuration scheme of OWPGS. The power system analysis software PSD-V2009 was used to research on the influence on the grid voltage when the wind power changes and the possibility of the wind farm tripping in case of the power system fault occurrence. The simulation results show that when the wind power changes, the grid voltage changes by step and the voltage of OWPGS low-voltage bus voltage is over the upper limit if capacitor compensation is adopted, and the grid voltage changes smoothly within the allowable value of the national standard. When the power system fault occurred, it is possible to cause the wind farm tripping if capacitor compensation is adopted and it can effectively avoid the phenomenon of the wind farm tripping if SVG compensation is adopted.
