雙定子游標磁阻電機的轉(zhuǎn)矩研究

摘 要:為了滿足很多場合中低速大轉(zhuǎn)矩直接驅(qū)動電機的需要,基于傳統(tǒng)游標磁阻結構電機改進設計了一種雙定子中間轉(zhuǎn)子式的新型游標磁阻電機。分析了傳統(tǒng)游標磁阻電機的工作原理并推導出其電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩表達式,利用有限元法對比分析新型游標磁阻電機和傳統(tǒng)游標磁阻電機的性能,仿真計算得出該新型電機的平均轉(zhuǎn)矩比傳統(tǒng)游標磁阻電機高44%,通過對內(nèi)外定子間的相對角度進行優(yōu)化,得出最優(yōu)角度為15°,此時其平均轉(zhuǎn)矩與優(yōu)化前相比提高9.5%。

Torque Research of Dual-Stator Vernier Reluctance Motor

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of low speed and high torque direct-drive motors in many occasions, this paper designed a novel kind of dual-stator inner-rotor vernier reluctance motor based on the traditional vernier reluctance topology motor, analyzed the working principle of the traditional vernier reluctance motor and deduced the electromagnetic torque expression. Finite element method was used to analyze and compare the performance of the novel vernier reluctance motor with the traditional one. The simulating calculation result shows that the average torque of the novel motor is increased by 44% compared to the traditional structure. The relative angle between the external stator and the internal stator of the novel motor is optimized to obtain the most optimal angle which is 15o and its average torque is 9.5% higher than that before optimization.
