        摘 要:某500 kV線路斷路器出現(xiàn)多次合閘- 分閘的“跳躍”現(xiàn)象,防跳功能失敗。分析了防跳失敗的原因?yàn)閿嗦菲鞯姆珠l時(shí)間比防跳繼電器勵(lì)磁動(dòng)作時(shí)間要快,在防跳回路未形成自保持的情況下,斷路器完成了分閘,致使防跳失敗。提出兩種改進(jìn)方法,一種是把防跳繼電器更換為快速繼電器,并采用提前閉合、延后打開(kāi)型的斷路器輔助接點(diǎn)作為啟動(dòng)防跳繼電器勵(lì)磁的斷路器位置接點(diǎn);另一種是在斷路器合閘控制回路中增加一條短接線,利用合閘彈簧儲(chǔ)能接點(diǎn)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)防跳繼電器勵(lì)磁后的自保持,從而避免防跳失敗。

    Abnormal Analysis and Improvement of a Case of 500 kV Circuit Breaker Anti-Jumping Circuit

        Abstract: That certain 500 kV line circuit breaker appeared several closing-opening "jump" phenomenon causes the unsuccessful anti-jump. This paper analyzed that the reason of unsuccessful anti-jump was that the opening time of circuit breakers was shorter than the excitation action time of anti-jump relays. When the anti-jump circuit didn’t form self-holding, the circuit breaker had been opened, resulting in an anti-jump failure. Two improved methods of circuit breaker anti-jump circuits were put forward, one was to make the current anti-jump relay replaced by a fast relay, with the early closure-delayed opening of the circuit breaker auxiliary contact to start the anti-jump relay, the other was to add a short wiring in the circuit breaker closing control circuit, with the closing spring energy contacts to realize the anti-jump relay excitation self-sustaining, so as to avoid antijump failure.
