停送交直流電源對繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)的影響分析

摘 要:基于斷開直流分屏電源導(dǎo)致開關(guān)誤分合及電壓互感器二次空開送電導(dǎo)致低電壓保護(hù)誤動(dòng)的兩起事故案例,分析了含有電容、電感等儲能元器件回路的電壓變化過程。提出了電源監(jiān)視繼電器、中間繼電器、分合閘線圈設(shè)計(jì)選型,并給出了保護(hù)動(dòng)作邏輯判據(jù)在電壓變化過程中的注意事項(xiàng),為避免類似事故的發(fā)生提供了參考。

Analysis of Cutoff AC / DC Power Supply Influence on Design of Relay Protection Equipment

Abstract: By two cases that the cutoff direct current split-screen power supply leads to switch false tripping and voltage transformer secondary air switch power transmission leads to low voltage protection malfunction, this paper analyzed the voltage variation process with the energy storage circuits of capacitors and inductors. This paper raised power monitoring relay, intermediate relay, design and typeselection of making and breaking coil. This paper gave the matters needed attention of logic criterion of protection action in the process of voltage variation, to provide references for avoiding similar accidents.
