    斷路器防跳原理分析與故障回路改造

        摘 要:斷路器防跳回路能有效避免在永久性故障情況下多次合閘于故障線路。闡明了斷路器發(fā)生“跳躍”的原因,分析了保護(hù)操作箱防跳及斷路器機(jī)構(gòu)防跳回路工作原理,針對某110 kV擴(kuò)建線路間隔保護(hù)驗(yàn)收中發(fā)現(xiàn)的斷路器遠(yuǎn)方合閘不能實(shí)現(xiàn)防跳的故障,對其防跳回路進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析,并提出該斷路器機(jī)構(gòu)防跳回路改造方法,改造后進(jìn)行了多次防跳試驗(yàn),斷路器遠(yuǎn)方合閘和就地合閘均能實(shí)現(xiàn)防跳功能,保證了斷路器的運(yùn)行安全可靠。

    Principle Analysis of Circuit Breaker Anti-Jump and Reconstruction of Fault Circuit

        Abstract: Circuit breaker anti-jump circuits can effectively avoid multiple closing the fault line in the case of permanent failure. This paper expounded the reason of circuit-breaker "jumping" and analyzed the working principle of the protection operation box anti-jump and the circuit-breaker mechanism anti-jump circuit. Aiming at the faults that the remote closing of circuit breakers couldn’t realize anti-jump during an 11 0 kV expansion line interval protection check before acceptance, this paper carried out selective analysis and proposed a reformed mechanism anti-jump circuit method. After the transformation, a number of anti-jump tests were conducted. The circuit breaker can achieve anti-jump function when circuit breaker remote closing or local closing, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of the circuit breaker.
