    一種快速解環(huán)保護及合解環(huán)方案

        摘 要:線路合環(huán)運行時,當相鄰線路發(fā)生故障,且保護或開關(guān)拒動后,存在主變誤跳、擴大失電范圍風險。對合環(huán)線路對繼電保護的影響進行了分析,針對目前方案帶來的級差配合困難、設計回路改動量大、降低保護可靠性等問題提出了一種快速解環(huán)保護,避免失電范圍擴大,并對某些配網(wǎng)的合環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)電操作,提出了一種備自投方案,實現(xiàn)合解環(huán)程序化操作,在倒閘失敗后自動進行反向合解環(huán),確保重要負荷不失電。

    A Kind of Fast Unlink Protection and Loop Closing Scheme

        Abstract: When the line operating in loop closing mode and the adjacent lines happened to break down, the protection or switch refused to work, so that there were the main transformer breaking by mistake and the power loss range-enlarged risk. This paper analyzed the loop closing line impacts on the relay protection. Aiming at the difficulty of stage difference coordination caused by the existing scheme, the greatly changed design loop and the reduced protection reliability etc problems. This paper proposed a kind of fast unlink protection to avoid the power loss range-enlarged risk. A kind of spare power automatic switching scheme was proposed for the loop closing turning electricity operation of some distribution networks to realize the operation of loop closing line routinization operation. After the back brake broke down, the reverse loop closing started atomically to ensure the important load without losing power.
