    某市吉河線嚴重低電壓問題分析與解決方案

        摘 要:介紹了某市電網公司吉河線出現的嚴重低電壓問題,分析了該線路低電壓問題持續惡化的主因,探討了低電壓問題的可行性解決方案,重點對串聯補償電容器方案的可行性進行了研究。根據吉河線低電壓問題產生的原因以及該市電網運行的實際情況,提出了近期、中期、遠期的三階段工程治理方案,并指出了解決農村偏遠地區配電網低電壓問題的最佳路徑,以期為配電網低電壓問題專項治理工作提供參考。

        Abstract: Introduction was made to the serious low-voltage issues happened in Jihe line of city grid. This paper analyzed the mechanism and the main factors of low-voltage issues, listed the feasible solutions and focused on researching the feasibility of series compensation capacitor scheme. According to the reason leading to the low-voltage issues in Jihe line and the physical truth of city grid operation, this paper presented three-stage project treatment scheme of near term, medium term and long term. The best way to solve the low-voltage problem in remote rural area, which is beneficial to the ongoing project of power quality improvement of the rural distribution networks, is also proposed.
