二沖程活塞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真

摘 要:針對傳統(tǒng)點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提出一種高能高速活塞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)用點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng),尤其適用于二沖程高速汽油活塞機(jī)。該設(shè)計(jì)利用變頻反激變換升壓電路提升點(diǎn)火線圈充電電壓,并在點(diǎn)火線圈中反向嵌入永磁體增加點(diǎn)火能量,最后將提高點(diǎn)火線圈功率開關(guān)的鉗位電壓提高至800 V,提升了火花塞的擊穿等級,理論計(jì)算和仿真結(jié)果表明,所提出的設(shè)計(jì)思路可以有效提升點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)火能量和點(diǎn)火頻率。

Design and Simulation of a Spark Ignition System for Two Stroke Piston Engine

Abstract: Aiming at the optimization design of a traditional ignition system, this paper proposed a kind of high energy spark ignition system for high speed piston engine, especially suitable for direct-injected gasoline two stroke engines. The boosted variable-frequency flyback converter was used to promote the ignition coil charging voltage and a piece of permanent magnet was embedded into the ignition coil to increase the ignition energy. With the clamp voltage across IGBTs promoted to 800 V, the spark plug break-down voltage was improved. Theoretical calculation and simulation results show that the proposed design thought can promote the ignition energy and frequency of the
ignition system.
