基于新能源消納的甘肅電網(wǎng)市場化調(diào)度系統(tǒng)建設研究

摘 要:甘肅地區(qū)新能源供需矛盾十分突出,結合甘肅電網(wǎng)的實際情況,建立新能源優(yōu)先消納的機組組合優(yōu)化模型。該模型基于D5000平臺和電力市場業(yè)務支撐平臺,各項功能相互協(xié)作,通過市場競爭充分挖掘可再生能源的跨省跨區(qū)消納空間,促進甘肅水電、風電、光伏的充分利用。

Research on System Construction of Gansu Grid Marketized Scheduling
Based on New Energy Resources Consumption

Abstract: Gansu has the obvious contradiction between supply and demand of new energy resources. Combined with the practical situation of Gansu network, this paper established the unit commitment optimization model of new energy resources priority consumption. The model was based on the platform D5000 and the business supporting platform of electricity market with the cooperation of each function. Via the market competition, this paper sufficiently excavate the trans-provincial and trans-regional consumption space of renewable energy sources to promote the fully usage of Gansu hydroelectric, wind electricity and photovoltaic.
