500 kV變壓器套管將軍帽發(fā)熱原因分析和改造

摘 要:將軍帽是變壓器高壓套管的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。對某樞紐變電站500 kV主變高壓套管將軍帽發(fā)熱的特征和產生原因進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)是高壓套管將軍帽和導電管配合螺紋接觸不良載流過熱造成的,采用帶彈性板將軍帽及使用螺栓緊固,并給出了具體的改造方法及過程,改造后,高壓套管將軍帽再未出現(xiàn)過熱,驗證了本改造方法的合理性和可靠性。

Cause Analysis and Renovation of 500 kV Transformer Bushing General Cap Heating

Abstract: The general cap is the weak link of transformer high voltage bushing. This paper analyzed the characteristics and causes of 500 kV main transformer high voltage bushing general cap heating in certain load-center substation, found that the bad contact between the high voltage bushing general cap and the contact tube matching screw thread led to the current-carrying overheating. The spring plate was adopted to fasten the general cap and the used bolt. This paper gave the concrete renovation method and process. After renovation, the high voltage bushing general cap hasn’t been overheating again, which verifies the rationality and reliability of the reconstruction method.
