    新型變電站綜合自動(dòng)化改造策略的研究與應(yīng)用

        摘 要:針對(duì)變電站綜合自動(dòng)化改造過程中設(shè)備停電時(shí)間與施工時(shí)間、人力安排之間的矛盾問題,提出一種新型的改造策略——原屏改造。闡述了新型原屏改造策略的含義特點(diǎn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估管控與具體實(shí)施步驟等內(nèi)容,并以某110 kV變電站為例,介紹了原屏改造策略的試點(diǎn)過程及成效。實(shí)例結(jié)果表明,原屏改造技改策略能顯著減少停電改造時(shí)間,降低改造成本,有效提升二次設(shè)備改造效率。

    Research and Application of Novel Strategy of Substation Synthetic Automation Reconstruction

        Abstract: To solve the contradiction between power outage time and equipment reconstruction time in the process of substation synthetic automation reconstruction engineering, this paper put forward a new strategy of reconstruction called original cabinet reconstruction (OCR). This paper introduced the characteristics, risks assessment and implementation steps of the new OCR strategy. Moreover, a certain 11 0 kV substation was taken as an example for pilot project, and the pilot process and results were analyzed. The living example results show that the total elapsed time of the project is reduced and the improvement cost is reduced, which can effectively promote the efficiency of secondary equipment transformation.
