    高鐵AT供電TFN故障對測距的影響

        摘 要:運行中高鐵供電系統發生TFN故障,測距裝置提供的結果與實際情況有較大差異,并且斷路器跳閘時將事故范圍擴大。通過實例分析,指出測距裝置沒有設置TFN故障的判據,且TF故障判據整定值過小,將TFN故障錯判為T型或F型故障,是產生偏差的原因??赏ㄟ^增大TF 型故障判據的電流數值,減少TF故障類型判斷的錯誤,或考慮增設TFN故障類型判據。TN故障或FN故障,可能在斷路器重合閘時發展成為TFN故障,電抗法測距結果存在較大誤差,可用吸上電流比法計算輔助驗證測距結果。根據每次故障實際情況修正Q -L特性表,不斷提高測距精度。同時合理設置變電所、AT所和分區所的保護,選擇性跳開故障線路,縮小事故范圍。

        Abstract: When the TFN fault occurs in the high speed rail power supply system, the result provided by the location device is quite different from the actual situation, and the scope of the accident is enlarged when the circuit breaker tripped. The fault case analysis shows that the cause of the deviation is that the fault location device does not set the criterion of the TFN fault type, and the TF fault type criterion value is too small, and the TFN fault is misjudged to be type T or F type. By increasing the current value of the TF fault criterion, the error of TF fault type can be reduced, or the TFN fault type criterion can be added. TN fault or FN fault may develop into TFN fault when circuit breaker reclosing, the result of reactance method has great error at the moment, the current ratio method can be used to assist the verification of the ranging results. According to the actual situation of each fault, the Q-L characteristic table would be amended to improve the ranging accuracy continuously. And the protection scheme of substation, AT institute and subdivision should been rationally configured, the fault line will be selectively tripped to minimize the scope of the accident.
