    基于Adams的高壓斷路器建模及合閘彈跳仿真分析

        摘 要:以EVH1-12高可靠性真空斷路器為原型,通過Pro/e按圖紙進行1:1建模并導入Adams軟件中建立多剛體動力學虛擬樣機,通過對影響合閘彈跳因素的仿真分析,將得到的數(shù)據(jù)與型式試驗數(shù)據(jù)對比,獲得了設計參數(shù),為后期的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)提供了可靠有效的技術支持,可降低研發(fā)成本,縮短研發(fā)周期。

        Abstract: The high-reliability vacuum circuit breaker, EVH1-12 was taken as the prototype. The model was built by Pro/e according to the drawing and imported into Adams.The rigid multi-body dynamics virtual prototype was built in the software. The simulation analysis of the factors affecting the switching bounce was completed.The obtained data was compared with the type test data in order to accumulate the modeling experience and obtain the design parameters, which provide the reliable, effective technical support for the later new product research and development, so as to reduce the cost of research and development, and to shorten the research and development cycle.
