    一起220 kV GIS母線支柱絕緣子故障定位與分析

        摘 要:針對一起220 kV母線支柱絕緣子內部放電擊穿故障,進行了定位和故障原因分析。通過分析SF6氣體分解產物,確定了故障氣室;通過絕緣子電氣、機械、片析等試驗分析,判斷本次絕緣子運行中放電故障原因為絕緣子在運輸或裝配過程中產生應力集中缺陷,在長時間運行電壓作用下微弱局部放電逐步累積使絕緣子缺陷擴大,最終導致放電擊穿。對GIS設備運維檢修工作提出建議,以避免此類事故再次發生。

    Fault Location and Analysis of a Case of 220 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear Bus Supporting Insulator

        Abstract: Aiming at the inner discharge breakdown failure of a case of a 220 kV bus supporting insulator, this paper carried out location and failure cause analysis.Through the analysis of SF6 gas decomposition products, the gas chamber where the accident happened was determined. Through insulator electrical, mechanical and slice analysis etc test analysis, it is concluded that the insulators are impacted by external forces in the process of transport or assembly, resulting in tiny cracks.After electrification, weak partial discharge gradually accumulates to expand insulator defects, and eventually leads to breakdown.In order to avoid the recurrence of this kind of accident, some suggestions are put forward for the future work.
