    凱恩吉6#定子裝配現(xiàn)場安裝工藝

    摘 要:凱恩吉電站6# 定子裝配采用VPI 線棒嵌入式無端箍支架結構,由VPI 線棒、軟端箍、連接板、絕緣盒、銅環(huán)引線組成。分析了該水輪發(fā)電機組定子裝配的現(xiàn)場安裝工藝,對現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)的實際問題進行了研究并提出了解決方案。結果表明,該方案與常規(guī)硬端箍結構定子裝配的安裝工藝相比較,更簡潔、省時,更不宜產(chǎn)生錯誤。

    Abstract: The No. 6 stator assembly in Kainji power station, consisting of VPI stator bar, soft support ring, copper connection plate, connection plate and the copper ring, has VPI stator bar embedded structure without the soft support ring. This paper analyzed the field installation technology of the water-turbine generator set stator assembly and carried out research on practical problems on site, proposing the solution. The results show that the installation technology of this scheme is more concise, with less time, not easier to make mistakes than the conventional hard support ring structure stator assembly.
