    開關柜帶電檢測應用分析與解體實例

        摘 要:介紹了開關柜帶電檢測三種方法的注意事項與應用效果,闡述了一起利用超聲波法和特高頻法發(fā)現(xiàn)開關柜內部放電缺陷的案例,針對開關柜內部放電缺陷,通過幅值定位法確定放電源位置,利用放電脈沖波形特征確定放電類型。解體發(fā)現(xiàn)內部嚴重放電痕跡,判斷放電由受潮與積灰導致,解體結果證實了帶電檢測的有效性,并為預防類似缺陷提供了相應的建議。

    Application Analysis and Disassembly Case of Live Detection for Switchgear

        Abstract: Introduction was made to the matters need attention and application effect of three kinds of switchgear live detection methods. This paper expounded a case of inner discharge defect of switchgear with ultrasonic and ultrahigh frequency methods. In allusion to the switchgear inner discharge defect, the discharge location was determined by amplitude localization method. The discharge type was decided by the impulse waveform characteristics. The disassembly revealed the inner serious discharge trace. The damp and the dust were estimated as the discharge reason. The disassembly result verifies the validity of live detection, which provides the relevant advice for avoiding the similar fault.
