輸電線路智能除異物裝置的研制與應(yīng)用

摘 要:輸電線路異物影響供電可靠性。針對傳統(tǒng)除異物工器具的不足,從移動方式、操作方式和觀察控制方式三方面的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)著手,研制了一種輸電線路智能除異物裝置。該裝置集合了自動爬行、自動翻轉(zhuǎn)、遠(yuǎn)程操控、高溫?zé)o火切割、視頻觀察等功能,解決了間隔棒、防震錘、通道等因素的制約,適用于各類可融、可燃異物。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用表明,該裝置具有安全可靠、操作便捷、高效實(shí)用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可減輕作業(yè)人員勞動強(qiáng)度,保障輸電線路供電可靠性。

Development and Application of Intelligent Foreign Matter Removal Device for Transmission Line

Abstract: The foreign matter in the transmission line affects the reliability of the power supply. In view of the shortcomings of traditional foreign matter removal tools, starting from three aspects optimization and improvement of move mode, operating mode and observing control mode, this paper innovatively developed an intelligent obstacle removal device, which integrated the functions of automatic crawling, automatic flipping, remote control, high temperature non-fire cutting and video observation etc functions, to solve the problems of the restriction of spacing rods, damper and passages, suitable for various meltable and flammable foreign matter. The test and field application show that the device has the advantages of safety, reliability, convenient operation, high efficiency and practicality, which can reduce the labor intensity of the operators and ensure the reliability of power transmission lines.
