干式變壓器匝間短路引起的調(diào)相機(jī)跳閘故障分析

摘 要:介紹了一起特高壓換流站調(diào)相機(jī)勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)的一臺(tái)小型干式變壓器匝間短路故障引起的機(jī)組跳閘事件。分析了保護(hù)動(dòng)作情況及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備檢查情況,通過(guò)對(duì)故障變壓器進(jìn)行相關(guān)測(cè)試及返廠解體檢查,得出此次調(diào)相機(jī)組跳閘故障的直接原因是勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)內(nèi)同步變壓器繞組匝間短路故障,提出了對(duì)后續(xù)投運(yùn)的調(diào)相機(jī)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)設(shè)備在出廠、調(diào)試、運(yùn)行等方面建議,為特高壓交直流系統(tǒng)旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試、驗(yàn)收、運(yùn)維、檢修提供參考。

Analysis of Synchronous Condenser Tripping Fault Caused by Turn-To-Turn Short Circuit of Dry-Type Transformer

Abstract: Introduction was made to a synchronous condenser tripping fault caused by the turn-to-turn short circuit of a small dry-type transformer in extra-high voltage converter substation. This paper analyzed the protective action and field equipment inspection conditions. The fault transformer was carried out the relevant test and strip inspection to find that the immediate cause leading to the synchronous condenser tripping fault was the synchronous transformer winding turn-to-turn short circuit fault. This paper gave some advices of leave factory, debugging and operation etc, which provides references for the installation and debugging, acceptance inspection, operation and maintenance and overhaul of EHV AC/DC system rotating equipment.
