特高壓雙電壓回路合成試驗方法研究

摘 要:合成試驗是高壓交流斷路器的重要檢驗檢測方法,當電壓等級超過1 100 kV時,需采用一種適用于高壓特高壓的其它合成試驗方法——雙電壓回路的合成試驗方法,分析了雙電壓回路合成試驗的原理、計算方法、等價性評估、檢驗檢測結果、試驗實施等問題。重點解決電壓等級較高時的雙電壓回路合成試驗的分析計算及實施方法,并采用該方法對550 kV/63 kA斷路器開展T100s整極試驗,檢驗檢測結果驗證了分析計算和實施方法的正確性、合理性。指出:對于額定電壓≥800 kV等級的斷路器,采用雙電壓回路合成試驗的方法進行考核是正確的和有利的。但必須滿足兩個特定要求:(1) 電壓分配系數Kf為[0.5,0.65];(2) 對于電壓等級≥800 kV等級的斷路器,工頻恢復電壓試驗公差須修正為[-5%,+10%]。

Study of Duplicate Voltage Circuit for UHV Synthetic Test Method

Abstract: The synthetic test is an important inspection and detection method of high-voltage alternating current circuit-breaker.When the voltage level was up to 1 100 kV, a kind of other synthetic test method suitable for high-voltage UHV, the synthetic test of duplicate voltage circuit, was adopted.This paper analyzed the principle, computing method, equivalency assessment, inspection and detection results and test implement etc problems of synthetic test of duplicate voltage circuit, especially for the analysis calculation and implement method of synthetic test of duplicate voltage circuit when the voltage level was higher.With this method, the 550 kV/63 kA circuit-breakers were carried out T100s whole-pole tests.The inspection and detection results verified the validity and rationality of analysis calculation and implement method.It is pointed out that for circuit-breakers of rated voltage ≥800 kV, adopting the synthetic test method of duplicate voltage circuit is appropriate and favorable, but there are two necessary requirements: (1) Voltage allocation factor Kf should be [0.5,0.65], (2) Test tolerance of power frequency recovery voltage must be amended to [-5%,+10%].
