    自粘性彈力布張力測(cè)試儀的研制

    摘 要: 自粘性彈力布在縫編生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中由于氨綸絲張力的波動(dòng),嚴(yán)重影響織物的質(zhì)量。介紹了自粘性彈力布張力測(cè)試儀的重要性,基于電橋工作原理研發(fā)了輸出為0 ~ 5 V 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)的電阻應(yīng)變式張力測(cè)試儀。針對(duì)經(jīng)絲張力微弱信號(hào)的檢測(cè)要求,設(shè)計(jì)了信號(hào)放大電路和濾波電路,并進(jìn)行實(shí)際測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明該測(cè)試儀取得了良好的使用效果。

    Research on Tension Tester for Self-Adhesive Spandex

    Abstract: Because the spandex tension fluctuates in the process of sewing for self-adhesive spandex, the quality of fabric is seriously affected.Introduction was made to the importance of self-adhesive spandex. Based on the bridge working principle, this paper developed a resistance tension tester with the output of 0~5 V standard signal. With demands of detection of weak signals for organzine tension, this paper designed the amplifier circuit and the filter circuit and tested by tiny signals. The results show that the tester is perfect in use.
