    C4F7N/CO2混合氣體熄弧特性試驗(yàn)研究

    摘 要:為研究全氟異丁腈(C4F7N)與二氧化碳(CO2)混合氣體的熄弧特性,利用LC振蕩回路搭建電弧試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)六氟化硫(SF6)、5%C4F7N/95%CO2以及9%C4F7N/91%CO2混合氣體在0.6、0.8 MPa下進(jìn)行20 kA短路電流開斷試驗(yàn),利用測(cè)量得到的電弧電壓、電弧電流,計(jì)算電弧電導(dǎo),進(jìn)而研究C4F7N/CO2混合氣體的熄弧性能。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著C4F7N含量的增加,電弧電壓熄弧峰值以及電弧電導(dǎo)與SF6氣體逐漸接近,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的滅弧性能。

    Experimental Study on Arc Extinguishing Characteristics of C4F7N/CO2 Mixed Gas

        Abstract: In order to study the arc-extinguishing characteristics of C4F7N and CO2 mixed gas, the arc test platform was built by LC oscillation circuit, and 20 kA short circuit current breaking tests were carried out with SF6, 5%C4F7N/95%CO2 and 9%C4F7N/91%CO2 mixed gas at 0.6 MPa and 0.8 MPa. The measured arc voltage and arc current were used to calculate the arc conductance, so as to study on the arc-extinguishing performance of C4F7N/CO2 mixed gas. The results show that with the increase of C4F7N content, the arc voltage quenching peak and arc conductance are close to those in the SF6 gas, showing a strong arc-extinguishing ability.
