        摘 要:氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)的外殼一般采用鋁合金材料焊接成型,焊縫開裂相關(guān)的缺陷和故障會(huì)直接影響GIS 設(shè)備及電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行。以40.5 kV GIS斷路器為例,針對(duì)GIS在運(yùn)輸過程中對(duì)斷路器殼體的前、后、左、右分別施加3g加速度作用工況下,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:斷路器殼體在考慮結(jié)構(gòu)自重和端子拉力作用下,在左向3g加速度工況下,加強(qiáng)筋焊縫根部存在較大應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,最大值大于材料抗拉強(qiáng)度,結(jié)構(gòu)不安全,會(huì)導(dǎo)致殼體的破裂、漏氣。通過仿真分析,找出斷路器殼體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的薄弱點(diǎn),對(duì)薄弱點(diǎn)有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改善,通過更合理的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)殼體整體的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度,為GIS的可靠運(yùn)行提供了保障。

    Simulation Analysis and Design Improvement of GIS Circuit Breaker Shell Structure Design

        Abstract: The shell of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) is generally welded with aluminum alloy. Defects and faults related to weld cracking will directly affect the safe operation of GIS equipment and the power grid.Taking the 40.5 kV GIS circuit breaker as an example, this paper introduces the finite element simulation software based on ANSYS Workbench, and 3g acceleration cased during the transportation process is applied at the front, back, left and right of the circuit breaker shell respectively . The results show that under the action of the self-weight and terminal tension of the circuit breaker casing, there is a large stress concentration at the root of the rib weld in the left 3g acceleration condition. The maximum value is greater than the tensile strength of the material and the structure is not safe. It can cause cracking and air leakage of the casing. Through simulation analysis, the weak points of the circuit breaker shell structure design are found, the structural improvement of the weak points is targeted, and the structural strength of the whole shell is strengthened through a more reasonable structural design, which provides a reliable operation for the combined electrical equipment. The guarantee also shows the importance of structural design simulation analysis during the shell design process.
