    盤式無鐵心永磁無刷直流電動機設(shè)計

        摘 要:軸向磁通電機呈扁平型,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、軸向尺寸小、功率密度大等優(yōu)點。對一種無鐵心軸向磁通永磁無刷直流電機進行參數(shù)設(shè)計與電磁仿真。基于ANSYS Maxwell軟件建立起電機有限元分析模型,分析了電機在靜力場的氣隙磁場分布規(guī)律以及電機各部件的受力與轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出情況,并在瞬態(tài)場分析了電機的空載特性和動態(tài)特性。有限元結(jié)果表明:盤式無鐵心永磁無刷直流電機在空載運行時,反電勢為24.5 V,齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩趨于0 N·m;在外接控制電路以額定負載啟動,電機在20 ms后,轉(zhuǎn)矩可穩(wěn)定于12.21 N·m,轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定于600 r/min,額定輸出功率為800 W,符合設(shè)計要求。

    Design of In-Wheel Disc Coreless Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor

        Abstract: The axial flux motor is flat type, which has the advantages of compact structure, small axial size and high power density. In this paper, a kind of coreless axial flux permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is designed and simulated. Based on ANSYS Maxwell, the finite element analysis model of motor is established. The distribution of air gap magnetic field in static field and the force and torque output of each component of the motor are analyzed, then the no-load and dynamic characteristics of the motor are analyzed in transient field. The finite element results show that the back EMF is 24.5 V and the cogging torque tends to 0 N•m while the disk coreless permanent magnet BLDCM is in no-load operation; when the external control circuit is started with rated load, the torque can be stabilized at 12.21 N•m, the speed can be stabilized at 600 r/min and the rated output power is 800 W after 20 ms, which meets the design requirements.
