考慮海洋環(huán)境的多路遠(yuǎn)程無線遙控開關(guān)的研究

摘 要:針對海上工程項目中遠(yuǎn)距離啟停多臺電氣設(shè)備的需求,基于NRF24L01模塊設(shè)計研制了一套多路遠(yuǎn)程無線遙控開關(guān)裝置。該裝置以單片機(jī)Atmega64為核心,分8路繼電器作為開關(guān)控制,有接收和發(fā)送兩個部分,采用RS485通信,控制有反饋信號,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)1 km以上的遠(yuǎn)距離穩(wěn)定控制。為了長期在海上的應(yīng)用,裝置經(jīng)過了防雷、防鹽霧等特殊工藝處理,也可用于其他多點(diǎn)控制現(xiàn)場,具有控制距離遠(yuǎn)、功耗低、實(shí)時交互、通用性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。

Research of Multi-Channel Wireless Remote Control Switch Based on the Maritime Application

Abstract: In response to the demand for starting and stopping multiple electrical equipment at long distances in offshore engineering projects and based on the NRF24L01 module design, a set of multi-channel remote wireless remote control switch device was developed. The device takes the single-chip Atmega64 as the core, and divides 8-way relays as the switch control. It has two parts: receiving and sending.It adopts RS485 communication and has feedback signals to control.It can realize long-distance stable control over 1 km. For long-term maritime application, the device has undergone special processes such as lightning protection and salt spray protection, and can also be used in other multi-point control sites.It has the characteristics of long control distance, low power consumption, real-time interaction and strong versatility.
