1 100 kV GIL產品現場試驗研究

摘 要:1 100 kV 氣體絕緣金屬封閉輸電線路(GIL) 設備為世界范圍內較先應用,目前尚無完善的現場交接試驗方案,為解決這一現狀,對制約1 100 kV GIL 現場交接試驗的項目進行了分析研究。通過創新現場主電阻和氣體密度測量方法,將常規電阻測試中的正極或負極電流測試線用1 100 kV GIL 外殼代替,并設計專門的電阻測量結構,解決了現場測試線長度不足的難題;通過制作專門的硬質檢漏工裝,解決了現場檢漏氣體定量不準確的問題。該方案的實施,解決了困擾1 100 kV GIL 現場交接試驗的困難。

Study on Field Test of 1 100 kV GIL Product

Abstract: The 1 100 kV GIL is the first application in the world. At present, there is no perfect on-site handover test scheme.In order to solve the problem, the project that restricts the 1 100 kV GIL field handover test was analyzed and researched.By innovating on-site main resistance and gas density measurement methods, replacing the positive or negative current test line in the conventional resistance test with a 1 100 kV GIL shell, and designing a special resistance measurement structure to solve the problem of insufficient field test line length.The problem of inaccurate gas quantification for on-site leak detection is solved though making special hard leak detection tooling.The implementation of this program solved the difficulties that plagued the 1 100 kV GIL field handover test.
