        摘 要:為了減小斷路器分合閘操作中電機操動機構驅動電機啟動的響應時間,提高斷路器的分合閘速度并改善斷路器的觸頭震蕩現象,提出了應用于電機操動機構的控制系統內儲能電容的升壓變換器技術。針對126 kV真空斷路器分合閘的技術要求,采用開關電容器組作為升壓裝置,利用電容器切換技術改變斷路器進行分合閘操作的能量存儲和釋放方式,對斷路器動觸頭的運動過程進行分段控制。在開關電容器組和普通儲能電容器的條件下,進行了126 kV真空斷路器電動機操動機構的分合閘試驗。實驗結果驗證,與采用普通儲能電容的分合閘特性實驗相比較,采用基于開關電容器組的電機控制系統可以有效地提高斷路器的分閘和合閘速度,并改善斷路器的觸點彈跳。

    Research on Operation Control of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Based on Switched Capacitor Bank

        Abstract: In order to reduce the response time of the motor operating mechanism driving the motor in the opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker, increase the opening and closing speed of the circuit breaker and improve the contact oscillation of the circuit breaker. This paper proposes a boost converter technology using energy storage capacitors in the control system of the motor operating mechanism. Aiming at the technical requirements for opening and closing of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker, a switched capacitor bank is used as a boost device, and the capacitor switching technology is used to change the energy storage and release mode of the circuit breaker for opening and closing operations, and to control the movement process of the moving contact of the circuit breaker in sections.In this paper, under the condition of the switched capacitor bank and the ordinary energy storage capacitor, the opening and closing experiment of the motor operating mechanism of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker is carried out. The experimental results certificate that, comparing with the experiment of opening and closing characteristics using ordinary energy storage capacitors, the motor control system based on the switched capacitor bank can effectively speed up the opening and closing rate of the circuit breaker. In addition, it can improve the contact bounce of the circuit breaker.
