    大型受端城市電網黑啟動電源規劃研究

        摘 要:廣州電網負荷密集,交直流混聯運行特性復雜,局部故障引發大面積停電風險日益凸顯。以恢復重要用戶供電和盡快啟動近區主力電廠為目標,提出了黑啟動電源布局規劃的基本原則。給出了表征恢復速度的黑啟動恢復級數實用化指標,探索了常規氣電機組、現有機組加裝儲能、煤電機組FCB改造及柔直背靠背互聯等4 種方式的黑啟動電源規劃方案,并評估了“十四五”期間廣州電網的黑啟動能力,對指導大型受端城市電網黑啟動電源規劃具有一定的借鑒意義。

    Research on Black Start Power Source Planning in Large City Received-End Power Grid

        Abstract: Guangzhou is the larger load center in the power grid, the AC/DC hybrid operation characteristics are complex, and the risk of large-area power outage caused by local fault is increasingly prominent. To restore the power supply of important users and start the main power plants in the near area as soon as possible, the basic principles of black start power planning are proposed. The fault recovery steps index of black is given, representing the recovery speed. Four types of black start power planning schemes are explored, including conventional gas turbine units, existing units with energy storage, FCB transformation of coal-fired power unit and back-to-back VSC HVDC interconnection. The black start capability of Guangzhou Power Grid during the "14th five year plan" period is evaluated, which has certain reference significance for guiding the black start power planning of large receiving end city power grid.
