        摘 要:為了提高可再生能源的利用率,兼顧綜合能源系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性及風(fēng)電、光伏消納等多個(gè)目標(biāo),建立了含電轉(zhuǎn)氣設(shè)備的電、氣、熱互聯(lián)的綜合能源系統(tǒng)調(diào)度模型。以綜合能源系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行成本、棄風(fēng)和棄光量最小為目標(biāo),利用多目標(biāo)模糊加權(quán)法將多目標(biāo)問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)換為單目標(biāo)問(wèn)題,并遍歷權(quán)值求解出帕累托解集,再根據(jù)熵值法的灰靶決策理論選擇兼顧運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可再生能源利用率的調(diào)度計(jì)劃。通過(guò)算例仿真,得出含電轉(zhuǎn)氣的綜合能源系統(tǒng)可以有效促進(jìn)可再生能源消納。

    Gas Based on Gray Target Decision-Making

        Abstract: In order to improve the utilization rate of renewable energy, take into account the operation economy of the integrated energy system and the consumption of wind power and photovoltaic power, a comprehensive energy system dispatch model with electricity, gas, and heat interconnection including electricity-to-gas equipment has been established. With the goal of minimizing the operating cost, wind abandonment and light abandonment of the integrated energy system, the multi-objective problem is converted into a single-objective problem using the multi-objective fuzzy weighting method, and the Pareto solution set is solved by traversing the weights, and then based on the entropy method the gray target decision-making theory chooses a dispatch plan that takes into account both operating economy and renewable energy utilization. Through simulation, it is concluded that the integrated energy system containing electricity to gas can effectively promote the consumption of renewable energy.
