基于TCD的新一代變壓器油溶解氣體監(jiān)測裝置的改進

摘 要:因色譜檢測器穩(wěn)定性、脫氣單元氣密性、脫氣單元設計工藝、出峰值數(shù)據(jù)讀取算法等問題,導致色譜單元的穩(wěn)定性、精確度不高。分析了影響油中溶解氣體在線監(jiān)測裝置準確性的因素,主要從提高油的脫氣率和簡化結構等方面進行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設計,軟件采用了面向對象的設計方式和嵌入式WebServer 技術,使系統(tǒng)具有良好的擴展性和重要性,大大提高了裝置穩(wěn)定性、可靠性及精確度,通過實驗及現(xiàn)場應用,驗證了改進的可行性、有效性。

Abstract: The stability and accuracy of the chromatographic unit are not high due to problems such as stability of chromatographic detector,air tightness of degassing unit, design process of degassing unit and the peak data reading algorithm. This paper analyzed the factorsaffect the accuracy of the online monitoring device for dissolved gases in oil, the system optimization design is mainly from improving theoil degassing rate and simplifying the structure. The software adopts an object-oriented design method and embedded WebServer technology,which makes the system have good scalability and importance, and greatly improves the stability, reliability and accuracy of the device.Though experiments and field applications, the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement are verified.
