并聯多端直流輸電金屬回線站內接地故障隔離策略研究

摘 要:結合烏東德并聯三端特高壓直流輸電工程實例,分析了針對金屬回線站內接地故障所配置的極保護邏輯,基于這些保護邏輯,研究了并聯多端直流系統在發生金屬回線站內接地故障后,在兩端、三端運行方式下,針對不同換流站所需要采用的故障隔離策略,并據此提出了N端運行方式的故障隔離策略。通過仿真試驗測試,該策略在正確隔離故障的同時,可以最大程度地減少停運換流站的數量,從而保持系統盡可能多的功率傳輸。

Research on Station Grounding Fault Isolation Strategy in Metallic Return
Mode of Parallel Multi-Terminal HVDC Transmission

Abstract: Based on the Wudongde parallel three-terminal UHVDC transmission project, this paper analyzes the pole protection logic for station grounding fault in metallic return. Based on these protection logics, the fault isolation strategy for parallel multi-terminal DC system in two-terminal or three-terminal operation mode is analyzed after station grounding fault occurs in metallic return, and the fault isolation strategy for N-terminal operation mode is proposed accordingly.Through the simulation test, this strategy can minimize the number of stopped stations while correctly isolating faults, so as to maintain the system power transmission as much as possible.
