低壓小型斷路器短路試驗的影響因素分析

摘 要:小型斷路器的短路試驗作為產(chǎn)品認證時必不可少的檢測項目,對制造商和客戶來說都是極為重視的。結(jié)合實際檢測工作的經(jīng)驗,對GB/T 10963.1 標準中規(guī)定斷路器( 小型斷路器) 短路試驗的影響因素進行分析和舉例,指出制造商應綜合考慮客戶要求、生產(chǎn)成本、標準規(guī)定等,從而確定其產(chǎn)品的額定電流、額定短路電流、觸頭材料和大小等,盡量做到產(chǎn)品最優(yōu)化。

Abstract: The short-circuit test of miniature circuit breakers, as an indispensable test item for product certification, is of great importance to manufacturers and customers. Combining the actual testing experience, the author analyzes and gives examples of the influencing factors of the short circuit test of the circuit breaker (small circuit breaker) specified in GB/T 10963.1. Also, the author pointed out that manufacturers should comprehensively consider customer requirements, production costs, standard regulations, etc., to determine the rated current, rated short-circuit current, contact material and size of their products, and try to optimize the product.
