    永磁斥力組合驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的試驗研究

        摘 要:闡述了永磁驅(qū)動機構(gòu)和電磁斥力驅(qū)動機構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點,提出一種永磁斥力組合驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)充分發(fā)揮兩種機構(gòu)的優(yōu)點,即把永磁驅(qū)動機構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定驅(qū)動力和電磁斥力驅(qū)動機構(gòu)的快速響應時間有機結(jié)合起來,以期達到快速穩(wěn)定的效果。經(jīng)過樣機試驗驗證,永磁斥力組合驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)相比單純的永磁驅(qū)動機構(gòu)能縮短1/3 的時間,特別適合于開距較大的斷路器。

    Research on Permanent Magnet Repulsion Combined Drive System

        Abstract: In this paper the advantages and disadvantages of permanent magnet drive mechanism and electromagnetic repulsion drive mechanism are expounded, and a combined drive system of permanent magnet repulsion force is proposed. The system gives full play to the advantages of the two mechanisms, that is, the stable driving force of permanent magnet drive mechanism and the fast response time of electromagnetic repulsion force drive mechanism are organically combined, so as to achieve the effect of fast and stable. The prototype test results show that the combined drive system with permanent magnet repulsion force can shorten the time by one third compared with the simple permanent magnet drive mechanism, which is especially suitable for the circuit breaker with large opening distance.
