變壓器重瓦斯保護(hù)動(dòng)作后的原因分析與診斷方法

摘 要:在變壓器重瓦斯保護(hù)動(dòng)作后,如何快速地查明動(dòng)作原因,盡快判斷變壓器狀態(tài)并恢復(fù)設(shè)備運(yùn)行,是變壓器運(yùn)維中面臨的首要問題??偨Y(jié)與分析了氣體繼電器的結(jié)構(gòu)原理,以及主變重瓦斯保護(hù)動(dòng)作后的可能原因、信息收集與檢查,提出了一種重瓦斯保護(hù)動(dòng)作后的先定性、后確診的故障診斷分析方法,并對(duì)直流電阻測(cè)試的必要性進(jìn)行了闡述;結(jié)合一起重瓦斯保護(hù)動(dòng)作案例進(jìn)行說明,結(jié)果證明了該方法的可行性。

Abstract: After the transformer heavy gas protection is activated, how to quickly find out the cause of the action, determine the status of the transformer as soon as possible, and restore the equipment operation is the primary problem faced in the transformer operation and maintenance.This article summarizes and analyzes the structure principle of the gas relay, as well as the possible causes, information collection and inspection after the main transformer heavy gas protection action, proposes a qualitative and later diagnosis fault diagnosis and analysis method after heavy gas protection action, and explains the necessity of DC resistance test. Combined with a case of heavy gas protection action,the result proves the feasibility of this method.
