中壓固體絕緣環氧樹脂APG制造新工藝

摘 要: 介紹了中壓固體絕緣環氧樹脂APG 制造新工藝。對固封極柱機械與電磁場結構、APG工藝的材料選型和固封極柱制造工藝等方面進行了優化,解決了易產生氣泡和表面污穢、不環保等難題。該新工藝產品得到了實際工程試驗與掛網運行驗證,具有可行性。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the medium-voltage solid insulation epoxy APG manufacturing new technology. The new technology carried out optimization including solid insulation pole mechanism and electromagnetic structure, APG technology materials selection and solid insulation pole manufacturing technology and so on, solving the difficulties that it is easy to generate air bubble, surface dust without environmental protection. The new product has passed verification of engineering test and online operations, with great feasibility.
