    一起10 kV線路跳閘故障分析

        摘 要:介紹了一起兩系統(tǒng)采用不同接地方式時,其間一條 10 kV 聯(lián)絡(luò)線跳閘的故障,闡述了中性點經(jīng)消弧線圈接地與電阻接地的兩種系統(tǒng)互相轉(zhuǎn)供時保護不匹配的問題。通過分析故障起因及處理過程,對故障進行復(fù)盤和計算。針對此類較為特殊的故障提出多種針對性解決方案,比較優(yōu)劣,得出了最適合于當下配網(wǎng)運行的解決方案。

        Abstract: Through introducing the happening of a 10 kV tie line tripping fault when two systems use different grounding methods, this paper elaborates the problem of protection mismatch when arc-suppression-coil neutral system and resistance ground neutral system are transferred to each other. After analyzing the causes of this fault and the working process, the fault is reviewed and calculated. A variety of targeted solutions are put forward for these special faults, and currently the best feasible distribution network operation is obtained through
    comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions.
