    鋰電池管理系統單體電壓采樣斷線檢測功能的分析

        摘 要:采樣斷線是影響單體電池電壓采樣的常見故障,結合實際應用的軟硬件平臺,對采樣斷線檢測功能進行了分析,提出了針對斷線檢測具體的應用策略,并給出了示例判定流程,以便及時發現電池采樣斷線的情況,防止因斷線造成的單體一致性或過、欠壓的誤判,從而避免因誤判造成的保護誤動,實時保證電池組的安全、可靠運行。

    Analysis of Single Voltage Sampling Break Detection Function of

        Abstract: Sample break is a common fault effecting single cells voltage sampling. Therefore, this paper researched the sample break detection function by taking a practical software and hardware platform as an example, and proposed an application strategy to detect the breaks. Furthermore, a judging process of this strategy is presented in order to discover the break as soon as possible. This can prevent mis-operations due to the misjudgement about the fault which is a sample break instead of single inconsistency or over/under-voltage, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of buttery set in real-time.
