    一種拉桿式波紋管的形變監測系統設計

        摘 要:針對常規波紋管形變量監測法精度低及依賴人工讀數效率低等問題,設計了一種基于光纖光柵傳感技術的波紋管形變在線監測系統,可以實時監測拉桿式波紋管運行狀態,并將故障及告警信息通過 IEC 61850 上傳至遠端。給出了整體系統架構及總體設計方案,當波紋管在拉桿移動范圍內發生形變時通過四個方向的光纖光柵位移傳感器進行測量;當超過拉桿移動范圍后,增加四個方向的光纖光柵應變傳感器進行測量。實驗結果表明,該拉桿式波紋管形變監測方法設計合理,傳感器可以準確反映位移及應變等數據且可以進行遠傳,具有較強的工程應用價值。

        Abstract: This paper designs an online monitoring system for bellows deformation based on fiber grating sensing technology to solve problems of low accuracy of conventional bellows deformation monitoring method and low efficiency of relying on manual readings. This system could monitor the running status of tie-rod bellows in real-time. And upload the fault and alarm information to the remote through IEC 61850.This work gives the entire structure of the system and the whole design plan. When the corrugated pipes deformed within the moving range of the tie-rod, it was measured by the fiber grating displacement sensor in four directions. However, when it exceeded the moving range of the tie-rod, it added the fiber grating strain sensor in four directions for measurement. The results show that the design of the tierod bellows deformation monitoring method is appropriate. The sensor can reflect the data of displacement and strain accurately, and it could be remotely transmitted. Overall, this design has a high value in the engineering application area.
