    關(guān)于環(huán)網(wǎng)柜熔管電極回路電阻值過(guò)高的問題分析

        摘 要:針對(duì)中壓環(huán)網(wǎng)柜熔管電極回路電阻值高的問題,從零件設(shè)計(jì)、加工、組裝和測(cè)試方面分析了回路電阻值高的影響因素,從螺紋尺寸與外觀、螺紋防松性能等方面給出了改進(jìn)方案,并通過(guò)相關(guān)測(cè)試和試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較和驗(yàn)證,為熔管電極的組裝和回路電阻測(cè)試提供了參考依據(jù)和指導(dǎo),提高了熔管電極回路電阻測(cè)量結(jié)果的可靠性、準(zhǔn)確性。

    Analysis of High Resistance Value of the Fusion Tube Electrode
    Loop of the Ring Main Unit Problem

        Abstract: This paper aims to research the high resistance value of the fusion tube electrode loop of the medium voltage ring main unit problem. It analyzed the influencing factors of the high loop resistance value from the aspects of part design, machining process, assemblage,and testing. In addition, it proposed the improvement plans from different perspectives, such as the size and appearance of the screw thread,anti-loosening performance of the screw thread. Moreover, this article provided references and guidance for the fusion tube electrode assemblage and the loop resistance test. The result shows that this research result help to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement result of the fusion tube electrode loop resistance.
