    極限電容量試品雷電沖擊試驗(yàn)技術(shù)分析

        摘 要:通過(guò) 550 kV 長(zhǎng)母線管及高壓純電阻箱的雷電沖擊試驗(yàn)案例,介紹了如何調(diào)整回路參數(shù)以解決極限電容量試品在雷電沖擊試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中波頭時(shí)間與過(guò)沖幅值的矛盾。分析了試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,總結(jié)出了極限電容量試品的雷電沖擊試驗(yàn)技術(shù),對(duì)于極限大容量試品,通過(guò)增加沖擊發(fā)生器主電容、減小回路電感、不改變阻值情況下并聯(lián)波頭電阻等方式可以有效解決在調(diào)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雷電沖擊波形時(shí)波頭時(shí)間和過(guò)沖幅值的矛盾;對(duì)于極限小容量試品,則通過(guò)并聯(lián)合適的負(fù)載電容可以有效解決該問(wèn)題。

    Analysis of Lightning Impulse Test Technology for Limit Capacitance Test Object

        Abstract: This research analyzed the lighting impulse test of 550 kV pipe type bus bar and high voltage resistance box. It introduced the method to adjust the circuit parameter for solving the contradiction between the wave head time and the over-impact amplitude of the limit capacitance sample in the lightning impact test. It figured out the problems during the experiment process and summarized the lightning impact experimental technology of the limit capacitance test. Overall, for the ultimate capacity guinea pigs, it might fix the problem mentioned above by increasing the capacity of the surge generator, reducing circuit inductance, or paralleling wave-front resistance under the unchanged electric resistance value. For the minimum capacity guinea pigs, paralleling the appropriate load capacitance might solve the contradiction.
