    電連接器插拔應力下接觸電阻分析

        摘 要:電連接器是通過壓力接觸的連接方式,達到順利的電氣接通。為研究電連接器在插拔應力下接觸電阻特性,基于接觸電阻理論,采用 ANSYS 軟件對電連接器進行模擬插拔研究,并采用 COMSOL 軟件對接觸電阻進行仿真分析。通過實驗對比得到電連接器接插件插拔時接觸壓力與接觸電阻呈反比關系,插拔次數(shù)與接觸電阻基本呈正比關系,但不會在短時間內對接觸電阻有較大影響。

        Abstract: The electrical connector is connected by pressure contact to achieve a smooth electrical connection. To study the contact resistance characteristics of the electrical connector under plugging stress, ANSYS is used to simulate the plug-in analysis of the electrical connector, and COMSOL is used to simulate the contact resistance based on the contact resistance theory. The result shows that the contact pressure is inversely proportional to the contact resistance when the electrical connector is plugged in and out; the plugging times are proportional to the contact resistance. However, it would not have an obvious impact on the contact resistance in a short time whenever the electrical connector is plugged in and out.
